About the Role

Our client, a premier aviation services provider, is looking for an experienced and certified Chief Air Traffic Controller to manage operations at the busy Cape Town, Western Cape international airport. This leadership position is pivotal in ensuring the safe, orderly, and efficient flow of air traffic. The Chief Controller will be responsible for supervising a team of air traffic controllers, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and security. This is a demanding role that requires exceptional decision-making skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a thorough understanding of air traffic control systems and regulations. You will play a crucial role in managing the airspace and ensuring seamless operations in one of South Africa's key aviation hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all air traffic control operations, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of air traffic controllers, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
