The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in process safety, and strong leadership with effective training abilities. PE certification is desirable; SIL experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on process safety in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PSM elements, hazard analysis techniques, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with safety integrity level (SIL) assessments is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA PSM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities
