Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a chemical plant or industrial engineering.
• Solid knowledge of process safety, HAZOP studies, and risk assessment.
• Experience with plant maintenance strategies and CMMS software.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and reaction engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, installation, and commissioning of new chemical plant equipment and modifications.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for plant machinery and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance tests to ensure optimal plant operation and identify potential issues.
