Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office seeks a change professional to drive adoption of change initiatives and realise business benefits. You will perform analysis, enablement, and governance activities across projects to ensure stakeholder buy-in.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioural sciences or business-related discipline and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates in private healthcare and Mediclinic exposure.
