Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a seasoned Change Practitioner to lead change initiatives across our client portfolio in South Africa. You will define change management plans, assess readiness, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and experience delivering IT and business changes within financial services; Prosci certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Change Practitioner experience in financial services.
• Experience with Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Communications.
• Experience in operating model changes and IT implementation changes.
• Portfolio delivery of multiple change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to management and executives.
• Certification: Prosci or equivalent is preferred.
