Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years' experience in Change Management and Organisational Development.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex organisational transformation programmes.

• Conduct detailed impact analyses, change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced senior change manager to join a high-performing consulting and transformation team. This role will lead and manage complex organisational change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business transformation priorities.

You will work at the intersection of business change, organisational development, leadership enablement and stakeholder engagement, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives that drive adoption, organisational effectiveness and sustained outcomes.

Please note: This role requires international travel for periods of approximately 2 to 4 weeks at a time. French-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to the nature of stakeholder engagement across international regions.

This role is suited to a senior, hands-on change professional who is confident operating in complex environments, partnering closely with senior leadership, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and measurable change.

Key Responsibilities and Output Areas Include:

Change Management & Transformation Delivery

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for major organisational initiatives.
• Conduct detailed impact analyses, change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
• Integrate change management activities into programme and project plans to support effective delivery and adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments where required to improve outcomes.
• Support transformation initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, business performance and long-term sustainability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Design and execute communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent and meaningful messaging throughout the organisation.
• Engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders and project teams to build alignment, commitment and readiness for change.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and coaching interventions to support change initiatives.
• Translate complex change requirements into practical, accessible messaging for different stakeholder groups.
• Build strong relationships across diverse teams, cultures and business environments.

Organisational Development & Capability Building

• Develop and implement organisational development strategies to improve organisational performance and culture.
• Conduct organisational assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programmes.
• Support initiatives focused on culture, capability, leadership effectiveness and ways of working.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and agility.

Consulting Mindset in Action

• Navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, bringing structure and clarity to change initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align change activities with strategic organisational priorities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery outcomes.
• Bring a practical, proactive and relationship-orientated approach to change delivery.

Key Requirements

• 7 to 10 years' experience in Change Management and Organisational Development.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing and delivering change communication, training, coaching and adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for periods of approximately 2 to 4 weeks at a time.
• French-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Change Management, such as Prosci, CCMP or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in Organisational Development or a related field.
• French language proficiency, spoken and written.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures or regions.
• Experience in a leadership role within a consulting, transformation or similar industry environment.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
