Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate engaging programs for youth aged 13-18.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Mentor and support individual youth, helping them set and achieve personal goals.
• Organize and supervise recreational, educational, and community service activities.
• Collaborate with local schools, parents, and community stakeholders to promote program participation and success.
• Assess program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage program resources, including materials, equipment, and budget as assigned.
• Serve as a positive role model and build trusting relationships with youth.
