Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in program management, with at least 3 years in leadership within the social sector.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale social inclusion programs.
• Strong understanding of social justice, inequality, and integration strategies.
• Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in program evaluation methodologies and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with diverse cultural groups and vulnerable populations.
• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
