Job summary

Broll Property Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager to plan, organize, and direct operations across the Centre, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, and service delivery. The role involves budgeting, policy development, and staff supervision to maintain efficient, compliant facilities.

The successful candidate will oversee leasing-related activities, coordinate third-party services, and implement health and safety procedures while reporting to Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Matric required; related maintenance and Centre management training preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Excellent leadership abilities; able to coordinate, direct team activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communications.
• Budgeting, service contracts, and leasing agreements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement effective operations management policies, procedures, and planning for the Centre.
• Coordinate third party maintenance services, liaise with tenants, and oversee security and safety.
• Manage budgeting, expenditures, and procurement of furnishings and equipment.
• Supervise Centre personnel, provide leadership, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure facilities are well maintained, compliant with regulations, and safety directives are followed.
