Placements24 is seeking a proactive Catering Assistant Manager in Randburg to support the management team in delivering exceptional catering services. You will help oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure client satisfaction with high food quality and service.

This hands-on role offers exposure to event management, inventory control, and coordinating functions from small gatherings to larger events.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in catering/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and event coordination.

Responsibilities
