Qualifications

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas).
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute daily operational work streams across fulfillment programme metrics.
• Drive seller performance management through structured outreach and improvement plans.
• Deliver accurate, timely metric reporting with attribution and trend analyses.
• Manage carrier and third-party compliance, tracking and escalation of failures.
• Maintain dashboards, data sources and reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility.
• Identify and deliver automation initiatives with an AI-first approach.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements and cross-functional alignment.
• Create seller-facing content and deliver training to drive adoption.
• Provide regular leadership reporting on performance and corrective actions.
