Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers professionally and provide product information.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures and follow SOPs.
• Support stock receiving, packing, stock counts, and report damages.

Key responsibilities

c ustomer service: Welcome and assist customers professionally. Provide product information and refer customers requiring skin consultations to a Somatologist or skin specialist. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Store operations: Maintain store cleanliness and presentation. Replenish shelves and merchandise products. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and SOPs. Stock control: Assist with receiving and packing stock. Participate in stock counts. Report damaged or missing stock. Team support: Support the store manager and supervisor. Complete daily assigned tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
