Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking Casual Cashiers for the Rustenburg North Store to support customer service at the point of sale. You will record transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system according to company policies, with a focus on accuracy and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling loyalty cards, ensuring cash is secured, and delivering a world-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric and at least 6 months cashier/till experience.
• Computer literacy – MS Office.
• Strong command of English and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Dis-Chem’s customer service policies and procedures.
• Establish a professional relationship with customers.
• Report customer complaints and compliments to the Frontline Supervisor or store management.
• Adhere to the customer turnover hourly rate.
• Handle loyalty cards including partner programs.
