Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking a Cash Centre Supervisor in George to lead the Cash Processing Tellers and ensure smooth operation of the cash centre. Reporting to the CPC Manager, you will drive daily workflows, maintain policy compliance, and uphold safety and security standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and the ability to manage rosters, balance reconciliations, and respond to customer queries. Weekend shifts and lifting responsibilities may be involved.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with mathematics or accounting.
• 3–5 years relevant Cash Centre Supervisor experience.
• Sound understanding of financial principles.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in teams and handle weekend shifts.
• Security-conscious with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cash Processing Centre operations.
• Ensure tellers process according to cash processing policy and procedures.

• Manage end-to-end work flow processes.
