Job summary

Direct Hire seeks an accurate Cash Processing associate to manageReceiving cash deposits, preparing cash on systems and sorting notes. The role requires strict adherence to policies to prevent risk and ensure daily balancing of deposits.

Responsibilities include handling coin deposits, bank system reconciliations, and ensuring all transactions align with client SLAs. On-site position based in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash deposits and operating cash processing systems.
• Ability to comply with policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Ability to sort, reconcile and balance cash deposits and notes.

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits and update on the applicable systems.
• Comply with policies and procedures to eliminate risks to the company and customer.
• Prepare cash on the applicable system and acknowledge containers.
• Sort deposits/notes and balance per deposit.
• Reconcile ACDP deposits and check for counterfeits or anomalies.
• Process coin deposits and verify money and seals.
• Validate transactions linked to bank system integrations.
• Handle payroll and change transactions per SLA.
