Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 is required.
• A tertiary qualification in Banking, Financial Services, General Management, or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Cash Processing Centre.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation and SLAs.
• Oversee reconciliations and EFT payments authorisation.
• Monitor performance and provide accurate reporting.
• Lead CPC staff and manage staffing levels, budgets and costs.
• Maintain safety, risk, and customer service standards.
