Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting.
• 1–3 years in teller or cash-handling environment.
• Strong understanding of basic financial principles.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team under high-pressure conditions.
• Flexibility for night shifts and weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy containers and trolleys.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a security-conscious mindset.

Aufgaben

• Manage the reception and intake of all currency bags and containers.
• Distribute assets to processing areas.
• Ensure receipting and documentation are completed accurately.
• Verify daily work is processed and cleared in internal systems.
• Validate the integrity of information on all cash bags.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Maintain responsibility for secure and timely processing of customer deposits.
• Assist in preparing customer coin and cash orders.
• Operate high-speed currency processing equipment.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies to supervisors.
• Sort and verify bulk currency and coin from banks and customers.
• Accurately balance transaction totals and bulk funds.
