Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or venture capital.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies focusing on market entry, expansion, and innovation.
• Conduct market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise C-suite executives on strategic decisions, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Design and manage innovation frameworks, incubation programs, and new venture development.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and executive retreats.
• Oversee project teams delivering strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
