The role requires an MBA or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years in strategic consulting, and a proven ability to inspire teams and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or related leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies for large organizations.
• Exceptional understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong executive presence.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing consulting teams.
• Experience with clients in the South African context is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time in George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutting-edge business strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses, feasibility studies, and financial projections to support strategic recommendations.
