Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• ASAQS/SACQSP registration is advantageous.
• South African citizenship and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost feasibility studies, rough estimates, cost planning and BOQs.
• Administer procurement advice, tenders and tender reviews.
• Prepare and administer contract forms for consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate interim valuations, claims and final accounts.
• Maintain cost databases and standard profiles.
• Support change control pre- and post-contract and review variations.
• Assist senior staff with site agents/engineers duties and reports.
