Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• SACQSP registration is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare tender documents including BOQs and contract conditions.
• Administer contracts, manage variations, claims, and interim payments.
• Conduct site visits to verify valuations and monitor progress.
• Lead and mentor a team of QS professionals and cost controllers.
