Job summary

adidas Cape Town is seeking a Permanent Part-time Assistant to support daily store operations at Sable Square. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with sales transactions, stock movement, displays, and training participation. You’ll use the POS system and Power BI insights to help manage store performance.

The role values enthusiasm for fashion, strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a team-oriented attitude to help reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• 0–1 years of retail experience is expected.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adidas service excellence to every customer.
• Handle regular sales transactions using cash, credit, or checks.
• Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Participate in creating product displays per guidance from management.
• Utilize the POS system confidently and follow store policies.
• Help with upkeeping store cleanliness and asset protection.
• Support loss prevention and report suspicious activity per SLAP.
• Participate in training and product knowledge programs.
• Familiarize with Power BI to understand store performance.
