• Matric certificate and some retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivers adidas level of service to every customer.
• Handles regular sales transactions including cash/credit.
• Involved in ticketing and verifying paperwork against items received.
• Assists in stock-to-floor product flow on a fill-in basis.
• Supports development of product displays per management guidance.
• Learn POS system and follow policies to maintain integrity.
• Uses selling techniques to reach sales goals.
• Greets customers and assists them in finding products; may front-door greet.
• Maintains store housekeeping standards.
• Safekeeping of company assets and loss prevention actions.
• Participates in in-store/digital training (Atticus/AREA).
• Familiarizes with Power BI to understand store performance.
