Job summary

Adidas Durban store seeks a motivated retail associate to join our team. You will assist management with day-to-day store operations, greet customers, guide product selection, handle transactions, and help maintain floor displays while upholding store policies and standards.

You will build product knowledge through in-store training, use the POS system, and contribute to loss-prevention efforts. A passion for fashion and strong service, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends, will help

Qualifications

• Matric certificate and up to 1 year in retail preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Adidas service is given to each customer.
• Handles regular sales transactions (cash, card, etc.) as needed.
• Checks paperwork against goods received during stock handling.
• Assists product flow from stockroom to floor on a fill-in basis.
• Supports development of displays per management guidance.
• Gains proficiency with the point-of-sale system and adheres to policy.
