The successful candidate will travel to various client sites, install and configure hardware and software, provide user training, and maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle, Android smartphone, and a working laptop.
• Strong computer literacy with familiarity of common OS and software.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
• Ability to pass regular polygraph tests regarding honesty and drug-free compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior IT support or field service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Maintain documentation and inventory.
