Redline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Cape Town. This role involves full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects, ensuring quality and cost control throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in interior office fit-out, and proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

A valid driver’s license is required, and a salary of R30 000- R35 000 Gross is offered, dependent on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Ensure project requirements, specifications, and timelines are achieved.
• Monitor project costs in conjunction with quantity surveyors.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and construction teams.
• Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance on site.
