At HGS Cape Town, supporting the US based client, the Inbound Sales Agent role focuses on helping customers who are actively looking to set up or switch essential home services such as internet, TV, phone, and energy. This is an on-site role based in Woodstock, Cape Town, within a fast‑paced contact centre environment. Customers contacting us have already expressed intent to purchase. Your role is to understand their needs, clearly explain available options, and guide them towards the most suitable solution. The objective is to complete the sale efficiently and accurately within a single interaction wherever possible. You will manage a high volume of inbound sales calls each day, balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes.
