Job summary
LiveScore Group Wonderlabz in Cape Town is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to administer online gaming platforms, ensure performance and availability, and provide tiered technical support. The role requires strong Linux knowledge, hands-on Kubernetes experience, and proactive monitoring across live and staging environments.

Qualifications
- Experience in linux-based environments with strong IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyse logs for troubleshooting, cybersecurity threats and system errors.
- Mentor and guide other team members; act as a senior technical resource during outages.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new setups and improvements.
- Monitor live and staging infrastructure; proactively respond to issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems and changes per ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with service providers and NOC/1st/2nd line teams.
- Lead log analysis and metrics collection for incident resolution and prevention.
