Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Studies, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in family support services, counseling, or social work.
• Knowledge of Cape Town, Western Cape community resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive family needs assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized family support plans.
• Provide counseling and guidance to families facing various challenges.
• Connect families with community resources, including educational, health, and financial assistance programs.
• Facilitate parenting workshops and skill-building sessions.
• Monitor family progress and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed case files and progress reports.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies.
