Qualifications

• A business, tourism or hospitality qualification is preferred; strong practical experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in B2B account management or client relationship management, with a track record of retaining and growing key accounts.
• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium transport and tour operations will be a strong advantage.
• A good understanding of the inbound tourism trade, including DMCs, hotels and other booking partners.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow the company’s existing client base with tiered account plans and regular face-to-face visits.
• Track account health and booking trends, coordinate feedback and service recovery with managers.
• Increase tour and transfer business within current accounts and participate in client training and educational trips.
