Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, guest relations, and property presentation.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and responding effectively to operational challenges.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and overall team development.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, stock control, reporting, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain company procedures, health and safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, aparthotel, or accommodation management is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, administration, financial, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and guest focus
