Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Capacity Building Specialist to join our team serving the Mahikeng region with a hybrid work model. You will design and deliver training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives to strengthen skills and resources within communities and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in capacity building, training, or organizational development.
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops.
• Assess the training needs of partner organizations and individuals to tailor interventions.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and technical assistance to enhance performance and sustainability.
• Facilitate participatory learning processes and foster knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives and report on outcomes.
