Job summary

SA Home Loans is looking for a Capability Business Partner: Learning & Talent Development to partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning and talent development solutions. This includes graduate programmes, learnerships, and leadership development aligned to BBBEE Skills Development priorities.

You will track learner progress, budget usage, programme outcomes and impact to ensure learning investments deliver measurable business value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in same or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps and design learning and talent development solutions.
• Design graduate programmes and support learnerships.
• Strengthen leadership development and align initiatives to BBBEE Skills Development priorities.
• Ensure learning investment delivers measurable business value, tracking progress, budget usage, outcomes and impact.
