Job summary

IIE Rosebank International is hiring a Financial Administrator to manage on-site financial tasks across the campus. You will ensure finance administration complies with on-site policies and support students and staff with payment-related queries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Finance with 1-2 years experience in credit control or financial administration, and can work accurately under pressure in a dynamic education environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) required.
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• 1-2 years in credit control or financial administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record Point of Sale payments.
• Allocate payments on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check payments are timeous and reference numbers are correct.
• Upload Proof of Payments to the Student Information System (SIMS).
• Interpret account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
