Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks a Financial Administrator to manage on-site finance tasks. Responsibilities include processing POS payments, allocating payments on Pre-Registration accounts, and reconciling reference numbers while supporting SIMS uploads and student account queries.

The role requires 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration, with a Diploma in Finance (or Degree) and ideally a Bookkeeping/Credit Control diploma.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) required.
• Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recording Point of Sale payments.
• Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Uploading of Proof of Payments to the SIMS system.
• Interpreting account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
