Job summary

Rosebank College is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage on-site financial tasks at the Bloemfontein campus. You will handle day-to-day transactions, receipts, payments, and banking while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and 1–2 years of experience; experience in a higher education environment is preferable. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Financial Administrator.
• Experience in a higher education institute is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions for the Campus.
• Prepare receipts and payments in the correct ledger accounts.
• Handle cash sales, banking, and daily banking of receipts.
• Provide copies of account statements on request.
• Monthly billing of sundry cash receipts.
