Job summary

Isilumko Staffing's client seeks an experienced facilities and project manager to oversee the Sandringham campus infrastructure, security, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance, ensuring operational excellence.

You will lead construction projects, renovations and laboratory installations while developing SOPs and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Budget management and procurement processes will be part of your remit, alongside coordinating staff moves and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Project Management.
• Proven experience in facilities management, construction, and project management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, and financial management.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus infrastructure and facilities.
• Oversee security, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance activities.
