Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury safari camp in Welgevonden Game Reserve, Limpopo. You will lead daily operations, host guests and manage a small camp team to deliver an exceptional safari experience.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers live-in accommodation and the chance to work in a remote safari environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Camp Manager, Lodge Manager or similar hospitality management role.
• Experience within a luxury safari lodge or camp environment will be advantageous.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the camp and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and motivate the camp team, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
• Welcome and host guests, creating a warm and memorable safari experience.
• Coordinate daily activities and assist with guest requirements and special requests.
• Conduct staff briefings and ensure the team is well prepared for daily operations.
• Monitor service standards across all areas of the camp.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and general administration.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards are upheld.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Work closely with management to maintain the overall standards and reputation of the property.

Package

• Salary: R16,000 – R18,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Live-in.
