Dis-Chem Life is seeking a Call Centre Sales Agent to wow customers over the phone with needs-based product sales. You will be the first touchpoint, building trust quickly and guiding customers to the right Dis-Chem Life solutions. This high-energy role handles warm and cold leads, aiming to close deals with confidence.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, achieve KPI targets, and have access to exclusive leads, paid training, and growth opportunities within Dis-Chem Life.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 1–2 years of call centre sales experience (life insurance advantageous).
• RE5/ COB certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell Dis-Chem Life products to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

• Proven sales track record with consistent KPI achievement
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Able to work weekends when required
• RE5 Certification (Advantageous)
• COB Certification (Advantageous)
• Reliable transport to and from the office
