Job summary

Pro Talent in Sandton, Gauteng, invites high-energy sales professionals to join our on-site team as outbound sales specialists. You will cold-call businesses, qualify leads, and close or book appointments for the sales force, while building lasting client relationships and presenting IT and office equipment solutions.

This full-time role is based in Sandton with a starting salary range of R15,000 to R18,000 per month, plus a performance-based commission and a competitive package for driven

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound telesales.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Excellent telephone manners and verbal skills.
• Confident handling objections with resilience.
• Matric or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to businesses daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to businesses daily

• Get past gatekeepers and confidently engage decision‑makers

• Identify client needs and recommend the right equipment solutions

• Clearly explain payment plan options and handle finance‑related questions

• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team or close sales directly

• Follow up consistently on quotes, proposals, and warm leads

• Keep accurate call notes, pipeline activity, and records on the CRM

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

• Build strong, professional relationships that lead to repeat business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound telesales

• A track record of meeting or surpassing targets

• Excellent telephone manners, with strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Confident in objection handling with a resilient, positive attitude

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

• Skills in Cold Calling, Sales, Persuasion, Resilience, and Organization

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the IT or Office Equipment industries
