Job summary

Smollan Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to deliver end-to-end financial stewardship for the Data and Software Pillars. You will lead budgeting, FP&A, and statutory reporting while partnering with operations to drive efficiency and commercial insights.

You will champion AI adoption, automation, and process improvements to elevate financial performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across SA operations.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification and registered with SAICA.
• Experience delivering end-to-end financial stewardship and reporting oversight.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, tax compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting with monthly close and variance analysis.
• Oversee multi-currency, multi-entity IFRS financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and FP&A across the business unit.
• Act as strategic commercial partner for pricing, profitability and new initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.
• Coordinate audits, compliance and tax filings across entities.
• Lead finance team and drive process improvements and data integrity.
