Snatch | Accounting & Finance Headhunters is seeking a Finance Manager for a high-growth fintech operating across African and international markets. You will own financial reporting, treasury, planning and controls across a multi-entity structure while partnering with senior leadership to scale the finance function.

Operating across multiple markets and currencies, the role emphasizes automation, scalable processes and commercially focused financial insights to support growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA (SA) with 3-4 years of Finance Manager-level experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, controls, cash management and financial analysis, ideally in payments or high-growth sectors.
• Exposure to reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Own high-quality financial reporting, month-end processes, reconciliations, and controls across a multi-entity structure.
• Oversee treasury and financial operations, including liquidity, settlements, payouts, reconciliations, and safeguarding of funds.
• Lead forecasting and financial modelling across revenue, costs, liquidity, funding, and unit economics.
• Deliver scenario analysis and commercial insights to support market expansion and strategic decisions.
• Partner with legal, compliance, risk, technical, and commercial teams on regulatory requirements and scalable finance processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

A high-growth fintech business is looking for a Finance Manager to take on a broad and influential role within its growing finance function.

Operating across multiple markets and currencies, the role combines financial reporting, treasury, planning and controls with strategic support for growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help build a scalable finance function through stronger processes, automation and commercially focused financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own high-quality financial reporting, month-end processes, reconciliations, and controls across a multi-entity structure


• Oversee treasury and financial operations, including liquidity, settlements, payouts, reconciliations, and safeguarding of funds


• Lead forecasting and financial modelling across revenue, costs, liquidity, funding, and unit economics


• Deliver scenario analysis and commercial insights to support market expansion, partnerships, and strategic decision-making
