Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Learning and Development, training, professional services or compliance education.
• At least 5 years' management experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven accountability for revenue, gross profit, margins and budgets.
• Experience in business development and pipeline management.
• Experience overseeing multiple training portfolios and accreditation.
• Strong client relationship management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Academy strategy, annual plan, budget and growth priorities.
• Drive revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, margin and cash-flow targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into training engagements.
• Oversee proposals, renewals, cross-sell and new business development.
• Oversee training delivery, accreditation, quality assurance and learner support.
• Manage ISO, OHS, Environmental, Labour, GRC and Companies Act training portfolios.
• Lead, motivate and develop managers, facilitators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, governance, and recording requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning design and delivery methods.
• Provide accurate financial, sales, operational, accreditation and risk reporting.
• Identify innovation and partnerships in digital learning.
