Job summary

iOCO seeks a senior leader to own a business unit in Pretoria. You will develop strategy, manage budgets, and drive growth while ensuring governance and service excellence. The role oversees multiple disciplines and coordinates experts to deliver value to clients.

You will lead, coach and develop managers and professionals, oversee proposals and renewals, and promote innovative delivery models in a dynamic tech consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in legal, advisory, professional or consulting services.
• At least 5 years managing managers, consultants or multidisciplinary teams.
• Accountability for revenue, profit, margins, budgets and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business unit strategy, annual plan, budget and growth priorities.
• Drive revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, margins and cash-flow targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities.
• Build client relationships and oversee proposals, renewals and cross-sell.
• Provide oversight across Labour, Environmental, Commercial, Energy, Mining and Property.
• Coordinate SMEs to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Monitor delivery, profitability, risks and client commitments.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, policies and governance.
• Maintain high service standards and improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide accurate reporting to the Managing Director.
• Identify and drive innovation, partnerships and new delivery models.
• Promote teamwork and uphold values and ethical leadership.
