Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Optimization for a fully remote position. You will empower clients to redesign and streamline core business processes, driving efficiency and sustainable improvements across client organizations.

You will act as a key advisor using analytics to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels from East London and beyond, delivering impactful solutions remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or process improvement roles.
• Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management, esp. in remote settings.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
