Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Project Manager to lead Business Process Improvement initiatives. This role is fully remote and allows you to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows across the organization.

You will partner with multiple departments, map current processes, design improvements, create detailed project plans, and monitor delivery. The ideal candidate has at least six years in project management with BPM experience and excellent remote collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of current business processes across multiple departments.

• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a specific focus on business process improvement, operational excellence, or business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting .
