Job summary

The role requires a degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science, formal Business Analysis training, and 3–5 years’ experience in process analysis with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Formal Business Analysis training is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Process Analyst.
• Proven experience producing business and process-flow documentation.
• Experience documenting SOPs, work instructions and operating models.
• Experience with process re-engineering projects.
• Knowledge of process-improvement methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and detailed-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end business processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and process discovery workshops.
• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows and swimlane diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
• Support business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and operating models.
• Help establish process documentation standards and maintain a central process repository.
• Ensure documentation supports governance, compliance and internal controls.
• Develop training materials, user guides and process walkthroughs.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new or improved processes.
• Work closely with business, systems, compliance and operational stakeholders.
