Business Intelligence Accountant – Manufacturing | Paarl

Salary: R40 000 - R50 000 per month

Are you a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of accounting, manufacturing systems and data analytics?

We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to play a key role in improving financial reporting, business intelligence and manufacturing cost analysis.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and improving BI reporting and data analytics
• Administering and enhancing SYSPRO systems and processes
• Performing manufacturing cost accounting and analysis
• Supporting financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Turning financial and operational data into meaningful business insights
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• B.Com degree or BSc degree, Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, or related field
• Strong experience with SYSPRO, including system administration and optimisation
• Advanced SQL and Business Intelligence capabilities
• Solid experience in cost accounting
• Manufacturing or project-based industry experience
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
• A commercially minded, analytical approach with the ability to connect finance and operational data
