Our client, an established organization focused on innovative production solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to take ownership of financial strategy, reporting, and operational insights at a large scale.
Manage management accounting and monthly financial reporting processes
Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and latest estimates
Conduct cash-flow forecasting and working capital management
Oversee financial controls, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Handle manufacturing costing, standard costing, and product costing activities
Conduct Bills of Materials (BOM), labour, and overhead recovery calculations
Perform product and customer profitability analysis, margin, and production cost analysis
Manage inventory valuation, stock reporting, and stock-turn analysis
Identify inventory risks, including ageing and obsolescence
Provide financial and operational performance insights through management reporting and dashboards
Support pricing, profitability, and operational decision-making
Oversee financial functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
Support statutory, tax, and compliance requirements
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improved business performance
BCom Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting, BCom Management Accounting or equivalent finance/accounting degree
Minimum 5 years' relevant post-graduate accounting/finance experience
At least 2–3 years' experience in a senior accounting, management accounting or financial management position
Proven experience within a manufacturing, production, or factory environment
Strong management accounting and manufacturing costing expertise
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
Experience with Power BI and ERP systems
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
Experience in manufacturing industry specific financial systems and tools
