Job summary

Roz Pacements Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development Recruiter to lead client acquisition and drive placements with autonomy and support.

You will build networks, present candidates, manage stakeholders, and own placements from sourcing to onboarding, with commissions and uncapped earning potential. You will receive professional support with sourcing, shortlisting, compliance, and documentation, and credit for placements remains with you.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment or business development.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills.
• HR qualification or equivalent recruitment experience is advantageous.
